http://www.jotsky.com is a web-based service (hereinafter the Service), that allows its users to create and update online electronic notes (stickies), edit them, make settings (note color, placement). The Service is available only to registered LiveJournal users. After logging in to http://www.jotsky.com (hereinafter Jotsky), the users receive their own space to post notes (the Content). This Content may reside on LiveJournals servers or on the servers of a third party.
Jotsky is a private posting service. Notes created within its desktop are not available to other users, until such functionality is offered to the users and they change visibility settings deliberately.
The Content is saved automatically regardless of page reloads. Each note can be moved independently within the Jotsky desktop.
The Service is part of the LiveJournal family of services and it is available to registered LiveJournal users only. The current LiveJournal Terms of Service completely cover the Jotsky usage. In case any part of Jotsky TOS contradicts LiveJournal TOS or is open to ambiguous interpretation, users and LiveJournal will refer to LiveJournal TOS in any dispute or discussion of complaint.
